This is a game, a fun one at that.
However in your typical fashion, you just can't admit to being wrong.
Your opening post declaring the standings of the first game is wrong.
You have a choice:

2) Ignore it for you just "possibly" can't be wrong.

Because of your past here as well as your post in this very thread, I'm betting on #2. That's your character. I'll enjoy this game regardless of your actions regarding the first game.

It's unfortunate that you couldn't pick up on the humor. It does make sense that the final standings were altered throughout the year. My portfolio was under 100 grand at the end, and when I saw it still under 100 grand, I just assumed nothing changed.

I almost pulled the same stunt I did last time and lost bigtime. I sent a short sell order on MOVI but it didn't go thru before the stock dropped. I wound up buying it after it bottomed out and started to climb back out if the cellar. Luckily I caught it before the damage was too great and got out from under it.

Crap. Exxon didn't do so bad for me, as well as Time Warner. But GM took a huge nosedive.

I'm debating whether or not I should hold onto it, expecting a rally tomorrow, or not risk anything else happening (both good or bad).

I am betting on a few techs and loads of hotels and mutual funds in this one. I dumped a bunch yesterday that looked bad and it didn't go through before the fell in the hole this morning.
