Are you able to buy this? Or is it only available in some states?, I know you won't be able to get the full auto version, but what about the Semi version?

Try the gun fairs. Maybe in Oklahoma?

 Yea you can in most states. Most of the gun stores I deal with do not usually carry them in stock. Go to a local store and ask, that is the best bet. The are a blast to shoot, ammo is cheap and I have found mags for $2.00 each.
