Lucshe, forgive me for sounding like a newb, I know what a Stuka is, its my favourite WW2 plane for some stupid reason, It has just always attracted me. I also know what the Skua is. Would be an plane IMHO. I was laughing at the fact he muddled two completely contrasting aircraft up, It is kinda funny!. I apologise for sounding like a newb

I'd have a better chance in running into a Dodo Bird in the middle of rush hour, walking down the I-5 with two hookers in tow before I see a useful post from glock89- Ack-Ack

Guess what, Blackburn B.24 Skua was a naval plane built for safety on takeoff and landing on the carrier, it sank some ships but nothing as impressive as the Vals and SBDs record, if we get another dive-bomber we need the SB2C! It had 20mm cannon not the wimpy rifle caliber guns, and it carried 3000lbs of ordnance with a top speed of 294mph.

I agree that this aircraft is needed in AH, However my performance specs are slightlty different from yours. for the SB2CC-1 Helldiver
max speed is 281mph and carried 2000lbs of ords. Also there were far more Helldivers made than SBD's. Helldivers: 7002 produced SBD's: 5936 produced. not that roduction numbers matter because we have some very low produced planes and are missing some of the most produced aircraft.

Ju88 is another dive bomber we have.... in addition to Ju87 "Stuka"
Although it is a pity that the drone in a formation cannot handle dive bombing properly.
