Serenity does not fit the average Aces High kid stereotype.

He's a good kid and in the times I have encountered him, he conducts himself just as any other well-mannered, friendly player would.

He's the only kid I've come across here that doesn't need to be treated like one.

So, he's young but he adds positively to the game.

Thank you very much for that kind statement! It really means a lot to me coming from such a great player as yourself!

So, too young for military, but im planning on joining the United States Air Force as soon as I finish High School. Im doing my pilot training now, and I hope to attend the Academy and get a pilot's slot.

Rox, glad you liked it! It was a spur-of-the-moment thing taken on a camera-phone, lol.

thanks Serenity

kinda makes sense now.  was thinking this was taken (picture) at some kind of army training corps.  Don't know if you have those over there in the States.

Anyways good luck with your goal and studying.  don't let this game become to much of a distraction;)

i didn't mean anything by stating that it was a Vietnam era rubber ducky except that it's a Vietnam era rubber ducky.

(rubber ducky is the rubber M16 he's holding. if that clears it up at all)

I am afraid not Gian. It was taken during a press visit in Manching, EADS plant. Basically I am an Aviation Journalist and I am working for an Air force Magazine, among other things.

Those museums are a great place to volunteer, Serenity. Not common to see someone as young as you take that kind of interest though.
I used to volunteer here at our CAV museum ~ we did the same type of thing ~ only it was Frontier life w/the CAV. Was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. :)

Recently had the chance to fly with a TA-7C Corsair, of 336 SQ in Araxos Air Force Base, near Patra Greece. Wasn’t the first time to fly with a jet aircraft, but the A-7 is a special aircraft Very stable a/c in low altitudes I mean the guys over there when they fly operationally they fly below 100 ft making terrain masking missions. The Hellenic Air Force (HAF) is now the only user of the aircraft worldwide. A-7s will replaced by 30 new F-16 Block 52+ Advanced., but HAF will keep A-7s for some time more as a lead in fighter trainer a/c Here are some pictures

the usual cockpit self portrait

me in front of the TA-7C

climbing to the cockpit with all that heavy US Navy style gear is not to easy.

I can't resist.

Here are me and my boy's taking up defensive positions in "Tank Town". I think my 4 year old (Then three) just spotted a Tiger coming over the horizon. I think he wanted to take the main gun position. My 6 year old just wanted some Ice Cream.

Yep. The real one I set up the shot with needed to be used :(

(I did get to fire 15 rounds out of that one though!)
