Wow, 46
« on: September 19, 2007, 06:30:05 AM »
At 12:20 in the afternoon of this day 46 years ago.
In a hospital in Fayetteville North, Carolina
I was unleashed upon the world.

I am now officialy on the wrong end of the 40s

In looking back over the last 46 years. I have come to the same conclusion that my grandfather,as well as so many others have in the past.

"Youth is wasted on the young."

But, at least my donut still works right.
And thats the important thing :D
Death is no easy answer
For those who wish to know
Ask those who have been before you
What fate the future holds
It ain't pretty

Im just approaching my 40's, whoa.

Happy B-Day
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.

Yesterday I logged 56 years on this rock.

Run faster, I'm gonna lap you guys.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

Happy B-day Dred and Toad!
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Look at the bright side Dred. You're one step closer to that AARP membership and early bird dinners at Denny's.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Welcome to the wrong end of the forties. Why do I still feel 17?
