I want to get some quotes from Husky either that you heard in the frames or on forums...

My fav is still:

There were some funnies that I couldn't get because I was too busy fighting. (Making 190's overshoot with a TBM)

I have one of those incidents on film from 190 perspective.

I had just lifted from one of those airfields when I noticed that people were screaming that the field was under attack. I still saw the field and I saw nothing special but I didn't realize that the tracers and flames did not get drawn to that distance.

I decided to go back and there was an attack ongoing allright. We shot down many TBMs but the field was out of commission too...

lol...my squad overshot so many 190's...we made about 4 auger into the trees.

Every Airfield on Sicily was out of commission! The airfields by Reggio di Calabria were not out of commission but took heavy damage!:t

I believe Doobs said something along the lines of, "One more frame and dem Axis be taking of from Rome!" or somthin along those lines. What ever he said I know it made me laugh pretty hard at the time.
