Does it say all ? No
Does it say human beings? No
Does it say Men and Women? No it does not

It says "Men"..specifically :D

Considering it was considered a legal document Im sure the wording was carefully put in place. as legal documents usually are.

So now your saying the foundng fathers were sociopaths?

But before you try and lump me into that catagory. (assuming you are) You may want ot find out how I treat women first.

The women that tend to have problems with me are the ones that slam their fist on the table and demand equality.
And thats exactly what I give them. I treat them, talk to them and behave just as I would when in the company of men.

You want equality, I give it to you. But you take the good with the bad.
You dont demand equality then expect to be treated special as a "lady" cause now your not. Now your an equal.

and thats the problem I have with the womens rights kooks. They want all equality, but they still wanto t be treated special too.

Sorry. with me it doesnt work that way.

Angus it seems like your bias is that lazs should be wrong.  The two statements "women ought'nt to have voting power" and "men and women's right ought to be equal" aren't mutualy exclusive, there's no contradiction.
And then in the other post you're mixing his personal taste specificaly for relationship with general, idealized notions.  Apples and oranges.

I think you miss the essence of founder's system. They knew full well that a republic with educated, exclusive voters electing similarly educated representatives in a system that balanced power to reduce the chance of tyrannical rule was the only chance the new country had. At the time, it was rare for a woman to be educated.

They never meant for a handful of lawyers appointed for life to rule the land any more than the temporary general manger (president) would, any more than the Congress would. They would all be corrupted in time.

Now we have dummies voting in people who appeal to the ignorance and malleability of half the population. The founders were right. That is a greater threat to the nation than any other threat anyone can dream of. J6P is the threat.

I think we all need to relax. What's not shown is very typical of most videos. We're only shown those that answered ignorantly. How many (not shown) knew what suffrage is? The guy in the video had his agenda (as do most). He's just pushing his (again, like most).

I see them as a complete paradox. Unless voting isn't a human right.
It was "My opinion is that they never should have been allowed to vote".
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Apples come in many different colors while oranges are generally orange.
