One that comes to mind is lazydog2.

He is new ... still makes alot of "new" mistakes, but he is not afraid to mix it up and always comes back for more ... and that is the recipe for success IMHO.

He is in the Hired Guns and when I look at their roster ... I can remember fighting against and with a lot of those guys, and there are many in there that exhibit the "recipe for success".

I don't know about new, but for some odd reason, I managed to down AADesiel in his LA-7 while in an FM2. Either he made a bad mistake, or I may actually be getting better! In other words, he got shot down by a n00b! Go figure. I imagine it happens from time to time. I do apologize for the razzing he may recieve because of this posting, and I imagine I'll never have a safe flight again :)
