Whew. Now that we've finished with the update and subsequent CTD crushing, we're back to concentrating on Combat Tour.
All the major systems are in place (i.e. AI, promotions/demotions, character attribute point effects, scoring, medal awarding, etc) so we're now onto polishing, refining, and debugging them.
Pyro is currently designing detailed training missions that include voice instructions, graphic pointers, cue cards for non-english speakers (but can read more easily), and HUD feedback among other effects. You'd be surprised at how hard it is to do a proper landing.
I'm currently putting together regular-play missions. These include graphic maps of the country and the routes to be taken, voice instructions from the Operations Officer, and in-flight directions from HQ. Hint: better make sure you keep an eye on your fuel consumption.
Superfly is working on more varied targets than you see in the MA like sub-pens and dams. Also, the terrain is being populated with the actual cities found on the continent. This, in turn, allows us to design more and varied missions with interesting objectives.
As we progress all of us are having to refine code and art. We will be running the alpha testers through the missions as we create them and using their feedback to make sure we put out only engaging, white-knuckled and fun missions.

PS Please God, don't make me read a 'when' question.
Look I read this post, and well maybe its just the caffine in this old geeks blood here, but I think a lot of us should take the time to thank the guys and gals past and present of HTC.....
I know that among you there are those who as a young boy (or girl) would find themselves glued to a tv at 3pm on a saturday afternoon watching "Dam Buster's" and without realising it, they were totally consumed by it.
You bought models (and yeah you even sent one down inflames with the help of the 88mm ACK loaded with premium unlead mower fuel you found in the shed)... (To the younger players DO NOT Use the 88mm ACK loaded with premium unlead mower fuel you found in the shed, Petrol burns hurt, You have been warned)
And then when computers and the BBS network took form we found ourselves dreaming of a time when we could do virtual combat with another human via modem...
And Now after so many years we have grown up and if we look back we can remeber many silly little dreams that never came to fruition...
But, we can also see one little dream that did and with a simple modem connection we can do battle with hundreds of pilots in a single live arena...
So thank You HTC
