You know, you can wander around your neighborhood, talk to your friends, relatives, people you know, and get all kinds of different reactions.
I know plenty of non-hispanic people who would cringe at the idea of Illegal's getting a mass deportation, either because of the supposed economic impact ("I don't wanna pay that much for tomato's") To those who say that "They just wanna better themselves...".
And don't forget that even though you will see a few of the Chicano's(2nd, 3rd, or even further generations' down the line) say that they oppose illegal immigration, there are even more who wholeheartedly support it. And quite a few people say that there's no racism involved. I don't see how it isn't, It exists' on BOTH sides of the fence. Political correctness only makes the problem worse, not better.
