Looking for a squadron
« on: November 01, 2007, 12:30:42 AM »
2 months playing, but very familiar with many of the aircraft.  More interested in fun and learning than kill ratios.  I think my ranking is in the 1500 range, IIRC.

I usually play about 9PM PST Fridays and even later on Saturday and/or Sunday (sorry....I travel a lot for my job).

Prefer a squad with a penchant for humor, a but edgy on the language and no egos.

Decent gunnery skills. Ok pilot in the N1K, but play a bit in the Pony, Zeke, Spitty LA7, Yak, but would like to learn others.

Good bombing skill and good bomber gunner.

I'm DYING to do a Pearl Harbor mission...in fact, I prefer massive missions in general and would make a good wingman.

Hit me back at moviecarz@cox.net if you think I might be a good fit.

you can jump on the Knight side and fly with us for a few. we are normaly on 137 vox. we have a bunch of great fighters on the squad. the profanity tends to be a bit on the high side tho. i dont think telling my guys to cut back on the profanity thing would work heck they might run me off if i tell them that lol but more then welcomed to fly with us and see what you think.

i am the CO
Reapr is the XO
Hamrhead is the Colonel

if you see any of these guys on just hit us up and tell us you would like to fly with us and check it out. i go by kilz in the game:aok

Or you can go to the SEA arena this Friday night, 1130pm Eastern, as a walk-on for the 353rd FG! :D
This FSO we fly LW iron :o **ohhh the shame of it all...**

We fly Knights also, and are looking for sticks to help whip into killer pilots too.   353rd FG "SLYBIRD"  Have a peek at our website **still under construction so mind the debris**

Will train as needed so the only experience you need is to be able to take off and land... everything else in between can be taught.

You can PM TheBug, Shifty, EaglePoo, or Odee in the boards here or in game with the .p command   That would look like .p odee hi I'm interested in yada-yada...

GL and good hunting where ever you land :aok

If you fly bish look up the 201st Thundereggs.  We are on channel 172.  Our CO Thndregg runs a lot of missions, ranging from buff runs, long range sneaks, NOE raids, Jugs, ... the list goes on.

Thanks for your kind suggestions and invitations.  I'm traveling till tomorrow, but tomorrow night I'll log in to your respective channels and introduce myself.

Perhaps if some members are online, I can sort of get a feel to see if I'm a good fit.

No matter which way I go, I want to thank you all for your gracious invitations to this humble rookie.

I've been studying the ACM pages and links here every night for a week...now I can't wait to go home and try some of this out.

Stop by the 79th Fighter Group. We fly and drive everything. Our host fighter is the P47 "Jug". This is to keep with the proud history of the 79th FG in World War II. We are a fairly laid back group. Score card is not required. Having fun is required!

Take care and stop in soon! - GGhost :aok
