Here's the squad art 3" high at 600dpi. I made a big one to guarantee it wouldn't pixelize (e.g. you could print that big one at 1200dpi for a 1.5" high print), but if you need one that's at 1:1 pixel:printer dot resolution, here's one that's exactly 1.5" high at 600dpi, and another exactly 1.5" high at 300dpi.

Let me know if there's anything wrong with any of them.

I wasn't familiar with this .png format but went to its homepage, http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/ and am interested in maybe using this for the whole logo, as the plaque maker does accept .pngs. Is it tough to learn and work with?

PNG is a great format fuze. if you have photoshop you can do all your stuff as one image and save it as a png file, which really holds quality.

thanks for the offer and I'll take you up on it IF I cant manage to get .png going. IN the long run I think it'd be better me using that then high quality .bmps/.jpegs, that I have been using last two years.
