Have a look at the P51-B here. I have seen it before but doubt it's cheating. Something's definately wrong though.

I shot up a P-47 last night and flamed him.  I hovered over him as he made 3-4 more passes at our V base.  I finally went back in, saddled up and took his wing off.  I don't think he would have gone down if i had'nt.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

I can't view this at work, but if it was a flying, wingless, smoking plane, then I have had it happen too, last night as a matter of fact.

My squad mate filmed it, and will likely send it to HTC.  I took his wing off with a 5" gun to clear my squadie, and he just kept flying and fighting for over 10 min..

I have heard this bug before..

Thought you guys might wanna see this one. Not saying it aint a bug, or that a plane is able to fly without a wing, but it is possible :).

Just got a chance to watch this one.  Funny, it's the same one I mentioned before.  Strangely enough, I came up on the same player later, and he was again missing a wing and still fighting.

Same player twice? Then it's hardly a bug anymore, and if it is, it's still an exploit and equally wrong. Anyway, it's been sent to HTC.

Send this film to HTC and they'll deal with this guy. If someone looses both their wings and half their fuselage and still flies around as if he hasn't been hit at all, then there is something not right there, especially if it the same player.:huh

I'm not positive, but I think "u2007" looks like the "names" HTC give his A.I. pilots in the game.

Looks like he may have been testing his AI guys some more.

I am sure we will never know, but this player has flown lots of different birds over the last tour and always bish.

If it's AI testing, I would expect the wealth would have been spread around some.

Yeah, the thought struck me. But usually, or rather always when HTC is testing something, there's someone from the HTC crew online notifying people. Not this time though, so I doubt it's a test.

I remember one time HT let one loose in the MA, and let it go for 24 hours to test how good it was, and if it would continue the full 24 hours. I only remember it because the thing was kicking butt and everyone was trying to figure out "who" it was behind those shades !

The AI tests have had names like CTAI0001 or something when I've been on. I've also seen the wingless planes, goons missing tails, etc, and according to film it was players, not AI drones. Not the same player each time, though.

Yet another encounter, this time a Hurri 2 reduced to the canopy forward. Pyro, Sudz, are you looking for more film on this type of thing?
