I turned the film on when I saw the wingless, tailess Hurri II still going.  He landed 2 kills this way :)

When it was first seen by folks.


After he was shot up again and in flames.  I had him on film for 2 minutes plus.  He was up for 5-10 minutes this way.  GATORR was the name.

I'm wondering if this isn't a bug, but a client issue. I was just looking at a film from June, first time I'd seen the wingless plane phenomenon, and the callsign of the guy in that film is g8r001. FWIW, I've only personally witnessed this and filmed it 3 or 4 times, and it's g8r001 or gatorr in 3 of those films. g8r001 disappears from the records in the same month gatorr appears. The other ID I have is Stouter. Either of those a match with anyone?

we and a squad mate found a nick that was flying without a tail and wing it went down after we cliped both wings i have seen this twice one i didnt see because i didnt shoot at him the other was ranger## i dont know the name my squad mate sent it in

Zaphod, question for you......when you were in that state, could you "see" your wings etc? Asking as I had a 110 that had no wings, no tail and still got me to auger...:D  so curious as to what is seen at the other end.
