Mussie, no idea....must be the mystique off the Ta152H!
Fester, you're right. The Ta152 saw service in very limited numbers for a short time at the end of the war mainly with 1 unit. A few details are off, though. III/JG301 received their Ta152H-0s from the factory in January. I believe they got around a dozen of them at first and received more here and there at later dates. They would have gotten more initially, but allied strafing attacks destroyed many on the ground. The gruppe spent the month of February converting to the new type and was combat ready by March. In March the 152s were transferred to stab/JG301 and saw the majority of their action with this unit. The Ta152 was in frontline service for around 3 months and in combat for about 2 of them. JG11 also received a couple of 152s, but they may or may not ever have engaged in combat with them.
This is all from memory since I am at work, so some of the specifics may be off, but it is a good enough overview of the service history of the Ta152H.
Most of this info can be found in Hermann's Ta152 book. His sources are from wartime evaluations and reports, in addition to getting a lot of his info from Focke Wulf's chief test pilot.
