Problems saving .avi through AH film veiwer

Well Im trying to make a movie and ive got good footage but i dont know what to save the avi to. I want it so it can be played by windows media player and be edited by wmm please help:(

A few people will tell you that the Aces High Film Viewer is not very user friendly when it comes to exporting .avi files. That's why a lot of users here recommend that you re-record the film within the Film Viewer using Fraps. That way you can open the film in Windows Movie Maker and edit the film accordingly.
