My technique, which usually works:
Ords/radar - Dive in from at least 7k AGL, extend back to at least 7k AGL and repeat. Use the clipboard maps to plan your flight path so that you pass over/come close to as few ack guns as possible. When pulling out jink left/right/up/down just a little, no more than say -2 or +2 g's.
Troops - little more difficult as there are a bunch of barracks, but essentially its the same technique. I try to line up my flight path so I'll be passinge over at least 2 barracks but not flying over half the base to get to the second. Bombs on the first of the pair & guns on the second, .50s are ok, but cannons, especially 30mm from a 110, are much better. After your attack run, proceed as above, jinking slightly, extending back out and up to 7h AGL.
Ack on Vbases - kill manned ack first. The other 2 auto acks are not really too much of a problem. Try to line up your attack run so you will pass over both of them, 'one pass haul ass' kind of thinking.
Airfields - work from the outside in, start at the corners, in & out FAST. Again start at 7k-ish AGL, take out no more than 2 or 3, head back out/up with small jinks as described above. Prioritize manned/auto as the situation demands. A crewed manned gun is hard to take down before it breaks your plane apart, best thing I've noticed is to fire as far away as possible.
There may be other, better suggestions, but this is what I generally do/have done with decent success.
