If you are not using the windows 98/me mode what do you select for windows xp? Im not seeing windows xp there.

No compatibility mode for "XP" -- it's "normal"

Compatibility is only if you have a dual core CPU and are experiencing problems with how AH plays on the dual cores. Compatibility mode for Win98 means only 1 core is used (it dumbs it down, so to speak).
