Can someone tell me how to make screenshots from films i make?

Depending if you want to use full screen view or not, hit the "Prt Scr" button located next to the scroll lock button. Then go to an image editing program such as Microsoft Paint (Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint).

From here you paste your image (Ctrl + V) and edit it accordingly.

Get the film where you want it.  Then go to full screen mode.  Hit your PrtScn key to copy the image, and then go into your photo program and open a new file and paste the shot into the new file.
