everybody wants to sue someone when somethng goes wrong or some one gets hurt.Now the idiots over here in England are getting on the suing band wagon  over the slightest little thing.

you can all have fun as long as there no chance of anyone getting hurt,wheres the fun in that.

Its not just the UK.  I read in our local paper that Elgin may not have its annual Western Days Parade and Rodeo because the very same issues mentioned in that article.  Between the costs of preparing and legal issues for the events and the difficulty of finding volunteers willing to get involved has made it expensive to have these events.

It's good that we have bureaucracy to hamper the efforts of young upstarts like these.  I mean, they've only been doing it for 600 years....Who would miss it?
