I think there was a Finland map used in the old CT/AvA, its been awhile for me, but it has snow and I think low cloud.

In AH1 the weather fronts were huge, and it was possible to launch a bombing mission and find it covered in clouds when you got to your target.  You would have to drop down to 10k to break through the clouds to find your targets, and then you where pretty much dead meat after that...
