You know who I really have been enjoying listening to lately? Red.  I guess they're supposed to be a rock band ~ but for some reason it sounds like there's classical music in the background. They're quite pleasant.

Wow!  Breathe Into Me-------> R O C K S!

The comments on that one is hilarious. "They are Christian. No they are not. Yes they are. No they are not. Yes/No." :rolleyes:

Amazing what you can do with a synth.

Red is a very good band. I love it when Christian Bands get the opportunities of Mainstream Rock bands. Red gets a lot of mainstream airplay and tour dates with mainstream artists/bands. I love it when good music get in the hands of people who need it the most. Great music. Thx for the links Mom.

:)

Rollins, thanks for the links :) In a few I'll listen to them. *edit* I did go back & listen to them Rollins, I did enjoy them. Thank you. :)

Red opened for seether, breaking benjamin & three days grace at a concert here a few months back. I'd never heard of them until TxDad & one of our teenagers came home & said that Red's stage presence & performance was better than all of the headliners...

Repo, I just went back and read some about them. I am very surprised to hear that they're a Christian band.   Then I went back & listened to some of their songs again.  Very nice indeed! Gives it entirely a different edge when you hear that they're talking about entirely different relationships than you would assume they're talking about if they had secular meanings.:)

There are quite a few good christian metal bands.  Even As I Lay Dying is considered christian metal.
