Ok to answer all of your questions:
They are regular headphones, I have no soundcard or anything like that, just running on what I have now.

I installed Drivers for the headphones

I did not update my Video drivers

and here are the other ones that are listed(Not including the USB Headset):

1. Audio Codecs
2. Legacy Audio Drivers
3. Legacy Video Capture Devices
4. Media Control Devices
5. Realtek HD Audio
6. Video Codecs

I'l update video drivers now and try it again, but other than that you tell me what wrong here.

You realize the fact that you were trying to use USB headphones AND the modem audio simultaneously was probably the conflict?

As such, if you disable the modem, the regular (minijack) headphones won't work, but the USB headphones should. If you have no onboard audio, and no soundcard of any sort aside from the modem, you should use the USB headphones.

Quit screwing with it, disable the modem, plug the USB headphones back in, (since this is the problem you were asking for help in fixing), install drivers for them if needed, and see if the game still crashes.

It looks like he does have some sort of on board audio. So the easiest way to fix this problem, is to go into your bios disable the onboard sound (including the modem thing hubs has mentioned) and then install the drivers for the USB headset if needed.

If you uninstall the audio from the device manager, it will just try to re-install itself once windows boots back up. So, in case you don't know to get into your bios (it's usually the Del key) press that right when your computer starts up (before windows starts to load) then look for a tab in the bios about integrated peripherals or something similar and you should find your onboard audio there.

Well its happening again, I have disabled the drivers for my minijacks, and it was working for a wile, but it has came back again.

Could there be anything else that I could do to solve this?

Did you go into BiOS and make sure you've got onboard audio disabled?

Once you turn on your computer, before it starts to load windows; (on most machines anyway) you press the DEL key right when you first power it on. Then navigate through your BIOS until you find onboard peripherals, or something similar to that. Once you find the onboard audio, disable it from there. Be sure to exit and save your changes and your done.

I tried it, and it didn't work.
Somehow I have seemed to screw that one up to.

Ok, I figured that one out, Estes it was F1 not DEL.

The only problem I have with disabling the BIOS, is that this is a "universal" computer, and the other members of the family do not like to use headsets.
Would they go back to automatic, or would it disable it and I would have to enable it again?

EDIT: Still didn't work though :(

if you turn it off in Bios then its off until you turn it back on.

and it was not F1 it was F2. the most common buttons used to get to Bios is F2 and Delete.

well kilz mine is F1. My system went through a complete crash and ad to delete all of my files. When I went to re-install my USB headset, I did not install the drivers for it. I went on and I did what I usually do when I am in a GV and it has seemed to work so far.
