Possible Problem

I recently upgraded my computer to 3 gig of ram.  Windows recognizes that I have 3 gig, other applications recognize I have 3 gig.  AH only says I only have 2 gig.  Is the a limitation in AH or do I have a possible memory issue?  I have had some other problems that hint at ram issues, so i was wondering if AH should recognize it.

Also, anyone know of a good memory testing program?

I was told that WinXP can only give an application 2Gb max of memory.
