Last night Saw alot of action around Base 70. Seems the allieds wanted it and we weren't giving it back.
Wave after wave after wave of allied fighters and bombers came in and beat up the poor defensely Axis fighters trying to up and the GV defenders that were working hard to stop them.
Each time they were put off for not completely taking the base. they even dropped troops and the troops died the minute they hit the ground. some from altitude problems, some from getting mowed by the M16 sitting next to them, but mostly because the allieds missed something. hmmm what could it be???
the Allieds exercise in futility is a good example of insanity. Doing the Same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.
its started out as a pretty good night but then the MA tactics started. Then HO'ing and the vulching etc. started.luckily that is beneath us, and for the most part we dont practice it until provoked, if at all. some of use stick to our resolve of not using MA Tactics.
Mugadai is an expert at it. He's actually a really good stick if he would just learn to play nice. then there was the 83FS/78FG 3 stooges outfit. they're basically all HO and No go. once we figured out that they were strictly MA tactical potatos, we were able to devastate them.
plink did a good job vulching me from a destroyed hanger atleast 8 times. I kept upping just to see how many times he would do it or figure out that i was trapped and couldnt get out anyway. guess hes not that bright! i would be proud to tell my family about how i killed helpless planes. im sure his score must look great. i hope it was all worth it.
With 2 days left to go, the arena is pretty well cleaned up. there is just spotty resistance at best. the Allieds havent figured out yet that its a group concentrated effort and not a string match. if someone would get them all together to start doing something we might have something going!
well with the tactics they're using now we should be able to finish them right off the map by thursday. Good luck allieds, you'll need it.
