Nice. I am certain the first segments(1998), were campaigning for continued sanctions. The (2002) quotes are right on track with intel that was being passed around the house and senate at the time. Maybe the question is, do politicians manipulate intel for their own agendas? I would answer yes. Maybe we should ask, what are the intentions of said agendas? That will be left up to history. Regaurdless, the film was a nice production.
