Dont think I can make it after all. Only chance is if it rains here and its too wet to travel on the fields. I can go anyway but the only problem is that I would have to look for a new job monday  :D

Not sure if I should tell everyone but I am excited.  Nick172 is going to fly his RV7 to the get together and give Choker41 (Jared) and I (Jake) a ride.  He just built it this past winter and had it out a few times so far.  Nick said it's a blast!  I am not going to have to walk around with a "Hi my name is Stroker1" am I.

SheGotYa <--- scared to fly lol ironic I know .. but, I am mostly a ground pounder anyway!! Used to fly all the time. Had a bad flight to Vegas one year got smashed on the flight back (which was great I heard) and have not flown since. I drove to Vegas after that .. ugh!! Three days of nothing. A four hour flight is sooo much better but, I have not had the courage yet. I can imagine your excitement.

ME and family had to go to michigan last year,her family lives there,and we stopped b by the AZ..

 What a blast,got to actually walk into a c-47..got too see some p-40's,and some f4u models,all I believe,are flyable..They also have a norton-bomb site..

 You guys will have a blast,and the flight sim was pretty cool.moves in all degrees,would love to have it hooked up to my AH system.. :lol

Yes boys if it's a go I'll be there...hell I'll be there anyway I work at the Air Zoo! I plan on giving all a tour of the flight and restoration center sometime during your visit, we'll settle on a time later. Will be great to put some face to the names of you guys who pepper my tail all the time.
Weekends are great cause we have several WWII through Korea aces on hand as docent volunteers...they are the best.
