Aerosmith's bassist old time AW player
« on: March 23, 2008, 06:54:43 PM »
In this month's copy of Game Informer, it has an article about the upcoming Guitar Hero: Aerosmith game.  In the article it mentions that Tom Hamilton was an old AW player that enjoys playing PC flight sims.  Wonder if anyone knew what his CPID was?

Rockstar. He put together the most fun missions I've ever flown in.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Rockstar? Hell, I flew with that guy in AH!
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

One of the Nomads in Airwarrior was a founder member of the Marshall Tucker Band.  For us old 70's types that was kind of cool :)

Rockstar was a great mission organiser. But if I recall he was in a wheelchair so I doubt if he was the Tom Hamilton.

Hamilton was very sick a couple of years ago.
