VMF-251 Ride Request Update for Axis CiC
« on: March 24, 2008, 12:46:38 PM »
Unable to update our ride request for Frame 3 on the AH Events site now so I'm posting here.

VMF-251 would like to request Ki-61s for this frame as our main choice, with A6Ms as alternate.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Sax:

I have the CIC duties.  Roger that.  Also a ride request will go out once I receive the orders from IJN HQ.

Objectives and map will be out tonight.

Going to have some new info on the Japanese plane set. Seem the Imperial General Staff really wants to hold onto to Kiska.

12 Ki61s have been rushed from the SW Pacific to Kiska. In addition 16 Betties (Ju88s) have also been rushed to Kiska. You have been left with 3 CVs and will have a max of 45 B5N2s that can be used.

More specific details will be coming.

Oh, Imperial Intelligence says that there are now 12 P38Gs in the theater and that the Americans also have more P39Ds in the theater (exact numbers to come later).

It a good thing Greenpeace is not looking into these matters. That is alot of American planes that will be littering the bottom of the ocean floor :devil (yes, I know, right next to mine :cry )
