Skins, can't select preload/download

For some reason when i log on then go to the video settings page i can't click the option to download skins while playing the game. It's light grey in color and will not even let me put an X in it. Is there a setting i need to change to enable this? I really hate to download them manually from AH but if i have to that's what i may end up having to do.

That box in the Video Settings page refers to loading all the skin textures into system memory.  It doesn't refer to downloading them in the background over the internet while you play.  It's greyed out because there are too many skins to fit into system memory.

Don't worry about it- you're set up correctly and skins, when new ones are available, will show up as usual.

Ok the auto download of skins is in the hanger. So you have to select it while in the game. I knew i saw it somewhere but forgot it was there. I turned it off years ago because skins were giving me to many cp problems.
