AAR for the Targets Over London Snapshot at 1 PM EST, Saturday 12/2/00.After a long flight from France, over the English Channel the LW engaged the RAF at 25k with some flights as low as 10k.
The RAF has a slow start as their C.O. had a stroke on the tarmac and collapsed dead, (disco). Flight Officer Dinger took over command of the interceptors and did a admirable job considering the short notice.
First kill went to LW pilot Wilbus. Other LW pilots who scored were Duma with 1 kill and Nexx with 1 kill and an assist. Torquila scored two kills, 2 assists and also two anti aircraft emplacement destroyed at a field near London.
First RAF kill went to Ammo who then went on to score two more victories and an assist. Cobra also scored a notable 3 kills for the morning sortie. Bane and wmutt each scored a kill and an assist. Others who scored a single kill were Dinger, Sansal, Hampt, Ozark, and Piedra.
