For future versions, would be nice to allow CM's to set icons lower than 10k friendly 3k enemy.  Also, change plane list in hangar to show only available planes.  If LW only has 109g6 and 190a5, those should be only planes in list if you're LW.

This has been requested already by the CM group  

i'm sure HTC will put it in as soon as they have some breathing room
