Type 97 Chi-Ha Japan 3000 Medium Tank varients included recovery, flail mine clearers, engineer, bridge layers, 20 mm and 75 mm anti-aircraft, and self propelled guns. The Navy installed a 120 mm gun in a limited number of these tanks. From 1942 onwards, the Model 97 was armed with the high velocity 47 mm cannon.
