A most excellent film  :salute

This past Friday was the gathering of the remaining Doolittle Raiders. 6 of the 11 still alive attended the event, this year in Addison, TX. I would have given anything to attend myself.

A big salute to the men of the greatest generation.  :salute

I just got done watching it.  Wow!  Excellent job, Kermit!  I am very impressed -- the look, the shot composition, the music -- it's all great.  There are amazing touches in it -- even Doolittle's flight off the CV looks like shots I've seen from historical footage.  Thank you very much for this!

Kermit.....very very well done!  The making of Doolittles Raiders took a great deal of time.  The information in text as well as picture is very informative.  You and those who participated in the making of Doolittles Raiders are a credit to the community.

I for one am very proud of you all.  It is on par with Not my time to die, the story of Robt. Johnson.

Again.... the preservation and telling of History is invaluable.  You have done so with the making of that film.

AWSOME!!!!!!!!! :aok :aok

Started the download last night before I went to bed and was able to watch it this morning before I came to work.

:salute to everyone that participated in making this film. I'm sure there are a bunch of bomber crews in heaven right now smiling, knowing that what they did is still remembered.

Kermit, how did you select the music for it?  Was it music you knew of, or did you listen to a bunch of stuff and pick it?

I agree with you and I think Kermit mentioned it was his favorite shot as well.
