Even better I would like takeoffs to be allowed only in groups of four or more.

The Stalingrad C6 will have a 5 min Takeoff window every hour for re-spawns.

I like that idea.

The more I think about it the more I like it. Only disadvantage from a CM point of view is a CM would have to be on duty the whole time. Still though it would encourage missions, winging, planning, and a more "realistic" historical event.
