AHII OLYMPICS!!!!!!!!!
« on: April 25, 2008, 02:53:35 PM »
Hey we should have our own olympics games on September 6-17. Here are some vents we could do:

  • Air Races in different aircraft(we will pick 3 planes and the others will be pulled out of a hat.)
  • Obstacle Courses(to make pillars we will have wirbys that are enemys to the competitors shooting straight up. If they hit it they get a time penalty and if they crash they lose.)
  • Dive bombing(using 2 planes and 2 out of a hat)(timed on how fast you nail all the targets. Time penalties when you miss.)
    • On carriers
    • On Moving and still gv's
    • On towns
    • De-acking Fields
  • Level Bombing(using anyplane you want but with the auto calibrating turned off)
  • Dogfighting(in 5 different planes, tournament brackets)
  • Air Show Freestyle(any plane)
  • Air Manuevering When You Follow the plane infront of you untill he crashes, then the next plane is chosen. Refuels as nessescary
  • Gunnery(Wirbys, Boats, Planes, and shore batteries)
    • Land Bombardment by sea
    • Sea Bombardment by land
    • From a moving Wirby(as many planes as you can in a set timeframe)
    • From a still Wirby(as many planes as you can in a set timeframe)
    • From the back of planes(with another competitor trying to nail the guy. it would be like a tournament.)(as many planes as you can in a set timeframe)
    • Trying to kill planes nailing cv's(as many planes as you can in a set timeframe)
  • Torpedo Running

I need someone to write up rules and i need suggestions on how to change this.

This is a great Idea, but it would require A LOT of work. It might happen someday.

The 38 pilots of SAPP have been preparing for the possibilty of an AH Olympics for some time.

Sychronized P38 Augering is our best event!
