Couple questions:

TOD:
Who decides what squads fly what planes?

How do they know the strength and weaknesses of what a squad practices in weekly, whether they are proficient bomber, or fighter pilots?

Is it random of what we fly, either Axis or Allied?

When does the first frame begin?

Can we have a Pacific TOD after the ETO?  Though its not a full planeset, we do have 3 Japanese A/C and could find 3 competitive Allied A/C (F4U-1D, Spit IX, Hellcat?...substitute the Betty and B25 for B26?)

Hi Rip!

Three CM's will work each tour lasting 3 or 4 weeks.
Admin CM - Picks Theatre, chooses ac and assigns them to fields.
Mission CM - Write up the mission lists for both sides, (Axis and Allies).
Setup CM - Sets up the arena prior to the event according to the Admin CM's write up.

Then the frame C.O. will hand out the missions we send him.

We don't. I will not even try to find out that information. That would be way too much work for CM's who are already putting in a lot of time. When the TOD starts we will choose C.O.'s for each frame from the list the squads give us. Again each TOD will last 3 or 4 frames, (3 or 4 weeks). The frame C.O. for each side will be e-mailed a list of missions for their squads. He will also have a list of squads (we will put them all on a page and list how many pilots they committed to) and then decide what squads fly what missions.

Random, no. We will balance sides according to the number of pilots squad committed to. Then each TOD most squads will switch sides. Figure a rotation every month. Sure you might have a month flying Axis when you want to fly Allied, but the next month you will switch back.

I hope in about 2 weeks.

Yes, I am already planning a Philippines TOD.   :)
