Maybe I'm special, but unlike some people at least I can count! ;)

Skuzzy violated a cardinal rule of sysadmins by working on, or allowing work to be done on the power supply while the sever was running. A predictable, scheduled server down-time is always preferable to a screw-up like this. Skuzzy threw a fit and blamed the electrician instead of saying sorry; in fact none of his posts or HTC's announcements on the web site has expressed regret for any inconvenience this might have been for their customers. I simply can't respect that.

This will be my last obvious shade, so a cookie to the first who spot me later on: Let the witch hunt begin! ;)

how about just not being a tool about it and enjoying what we have here?

what honor is there in skulking anyway?  pretty juvenile. imho.

anywho.

Well, to be fair, he is reaching new lows in those areas.  I can only recall one other person who managed to reach the plateau this one has.

I have never understood the mentality that wants to make being banned from a bulletin board a game.

I've never understood it either.  The fixation some people have with BBS's is just astounding.

Wow!  Just Wow!

This guy seems to have some jealousy issues.  Stalking someone and presuming to know all the background details of what happened is pretty arrogant.

He is probably reading these posts and laughing at how clever he is.  Truth is, if you want to find fault in anything, you can.  It does not take a very bright person to do it.

Uhmmm,..being fairly new here, what is the reference to the "jedi forum" mean?

I know.  And while I aprpeciate the 'atta-boys', I do not live for them.  I just do the best I can everyday.

I have had to deal with his type of ilk before.  It is part and parcel with being in a service business.

There is always someone who thinks they can do it better.  The first failure of that person is not even asking any questions to determine the circumstances of the situation.

Sort of like walking into a bar, then telling the bar tender he screwed up or he would not have to be punching that guy in his face.  You can imagine what follows.
