I look forward to that World Series.

That was a fun game to watch, especially all the celebrating after the game, I'm glad they won it this way instead of winning it by Milwaukee losing, plus they did it at home, you know Wrigleyville will be going crazy all night, they said they have all the streets down there shut down.

This is the first time in 100 years the Cubs have made playoff appearances in back to back seasons, last time was 1906-07-08, and we all know it's been exactly 100 years since a championship, but Wrigley is built on a boulevard of broken dreams, so lets  :pray

I'm just glad I'm not working tonight so I don't have to deal with a street full of drunks.  ;)

Great song, I hadn't heard that before.  Eddie was at Wrigley a few weeks ago with Chris Chelios, I guess there both friends, John Cusack was there with them too.

now you can also stick an angels logo on that picture also.  I hate pierzynski.  Wish we could end their dream, but Ending the Redso'x is fine also.

Yeah, what a jerk that guy is, what with the knowing the rules of baseball and whatnot.  Oh, and the trying to win and stuff, yikes, what a loser.

He was clearly out.  But that is besides the point.  He is an A hole of epic proportions.

I remember there being some hot Italian chicks in Aurora.

When I lived there, Aurora was like DeKalb and Rockford...out in a cornfield and it's own identity.

Now, it's megalopolis from the loop almost to Rockford.

I miss cornfields.

GO CUBS!

During the Playoffs & WS I will be on a cruise in the Caribbean, but will be wearing Northsider red/white/blue!

I'm a Chicago sports Fan

I was born in Bridgeport and lived 6 blocks from Comiskey park so I'm a Sox fan first

Truth need not be said by me but....Cub fans are cry babies and cry babies lose

100 years of losing and they still just don't get it, the cubs choke every year no matter how close they come....luck on the other hand is a different story.   Do I want them to win...yes.   Do I look foward to the day they do..NO...the gloating would go on for a 100 years till there next championship

Will they make it??   Hell no

Yeah I don't think the Sox have it this year, more likely it's gonna be the Ray's or Angles.  Even if it is Cubs Vs. Sox the Cubs have already shown they can beat the Sox winning 4 of 6 against them this year.

Some things in life are political right to the end. If the cubs vs. the Sox ever in a World Series city politics are out the window.

You should check out this article from MLB News about a Red line series, and how this will be the first time the 2 teams have both made the post season together in 102 years.
