your movies rule

if you could use divX:-D encoding instead, you'd increase quality and get smaller filesizes

I used your films to demonstrate AH to my brother and a few friends; my brother said "wow! and promptly signed up for cable and got a credit card. upgraded his computer to an 800mhz machine as well, to cope with AH. I play with him over LAN now

Been setting up a LAN running linux here for the last few days so that word is stuck.

Unable to play this avi via RealAudio, MS's Media Player nor Netscape and Opera. Codec not found and only Real Media tries to find it.

Ditto to milnko's answer, you'll need DivX installed (and restart your puter) to see the movie.

Milnko, I'm d/ling now, and I'll post tips for filesize improvement when I get a look. What program did you use to compile the AVI?

Try this encoder and you won't need any desktop software or have to worry about codecs.

Actually I have two programs I use, both able to use DivX, one is Camtasia.......which is good, and Fast Movie Processor 1.41...which is damn good.
