Ok guys, we need to push this back 1 week, to Sunday, Feb 27.
My wife has informed me that there's something we have to go do, and can't get out of it.
And we still need a leader for the Luftwaffe.  I was talking with Cobra about this in the arena a couple nights ago but haven't heard from him on it yet.
Redstar will be heading up the escorts, and I'm leading the bomber formation.

Also, maybe we'll get lucky and Nate will finish the P-38 in time for us to have a flight of ponies and a flight of FTDs escorting the bombers =)

And, of course, this event will take place in the new spec events arena =)

Hmm... I MIGHT be back from my bud's Daytona 500 party in time.

I hope so.

I'm tentatively in for Pony Scort duties.

Ok, looks like I will try to lead the LW.

Those interested in being a brave defender of the Fatherland should e-mail me at:

kieren@hpcisp.com (home)

deckardb@nlcs.k12.in.us (work)

We'll try to coordinate a defense. It would be helpful to have 15-20 of the bravest pilots we can muster! Guaranteed action!

Ok, we've got all the "leaders" we need =)
I'm leading the bombers, Redstar is leading the escorts, and Kieren is heading up the Luftwaffe.

Bomber pilots email me at cavemanj@99main.com
Escort pilots email Redstar at redstar@springsips.com
Luftwaffe pilots email Kieren kieren@hpcisp.com or deckardb@nlcs.k12.in.us

You sould email your "registration" no later than 1500EST-2000ZULU on Saturday so we can see how many pilots we have and adjust the forces as needed to have historically correct numbers (proportionately).  This means we need more bombers than anything.  Please dinnse get upset if you want to fly LW but get asked to fly a B-17 (same thing for you scort pilots =)
