- 1 EVENT 1 LIFE--> If you die or disconnect the scenario is ended for you, the only possibility to take off again is refuelling and rearming at a friendly field, I will close airfields just  after take off .

- The Scenario will end completely 2 hours after the first take off.

  Historical Background

We are in March1945....

Saturday 3rd March 1945 : The fighting ends in Manila.

Tuesday 6th March 1945 : Friday 9th March 1945 : USAAF B29's begin the firebombing of Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Kobe. 16 and a half acres of Tokyo is burnt out in attacks which continue for 10 days.

Wednesday 14th March 1945 : U.S. troops begin mopping up on Iwo Jima and launch heavy attacks in the North of the island (the battle of Iwo Jima will end only when, on monday 26th March 1945, the  last organised Japanese troops on Iwo Jima  make a no-return attack... Total U.S. killed on Iwo Jima is 6,891, with more than 20,000 Japanese being killed and only 216 captured).

Monday 19th March 1945 :

The USN hit Kure naval base in the Inland Sea, Southwest of Tokyo. The americans this time find an unxpected and strong defence.
This can probably be considered the last big air battle fought over japan.
During this attack the elite Matsuyama wing  appears for the first time,  the veterans of this formation are equipped with the brand new N1K2j Shiaiden,  Sciosci Sugita kills 4 fighters in one single run, Saburo Sakai is lookin him from the ground..
Also other fighter wings took off that dayther fighter squadrons, still equipped with  the old a6m5 Zero.

  Planeset

Allies:  F4uD ; B26 ; P38 fighterbomber; P47 fighterbomber;

Axis:  N1k2J ; A6M5 Zero ; M16s ; Tanks.

The planeset is historically based

   Axis, Mission orders:

 (Axis are Rooks)

Large enemy  force inbound, pointing  on Kure airfield (A23)
 and Hiroshima factories (HQ) .

All the fighters wings ready to scramble.

- A6M5 Zero wings take off from Kure airfield (A23) ,
Intercept immediatly enemy inbound Hiroshima (HQ) and Kure airfield (A23).

- N1K2-J wings will take off from Hiroshima airfield (A21)
Intercept immediatly enemy inbound Hiroshima (HQ) and Kure airfield (A23).

The only way to take off again in a plane is to rearm/refuel at any friendly airfield. If u die or bail or ditch you will not take off again in a plane..

...BUT....... Japanese side has the possibility to reup at Kure airfield (a23) in M16 or Smoke-Tank (very usefull to disturb the aim of the enemy bombers and fighter-bombers).

The airfield will be opened to m16s and smoke-tanks  intermittently for 1 minute every 5 minutes.

   Allies, Mission orders:

 (allies are bishops)

Take off:
 - Fighter-bombers (p38s and P47s) take off  from A19 , head South to meet escorts about over A34, then point on the targets (HQ and A36)

 - Bombers (b26s) and escort fighters (F4U-Ds)  from A18 medium

Fighter and Fighter-bombers orders:

 - F4U-Ds : your duty is to escort our medium bombers hitting Hiroshima,  immediate reaction against enemy interceptors, max distance from bombers, 4000. Watch out friendly fire if u enter in bombers boxes.

 - P38s: Your  is a ground attack mission, Kure airfield (a23) is the target, destroy the anti-aerial guns with bombs and rockets.

 - P47s  Your  is a ground attack mission, Kure airfield (a23) is the target, destroy or damage  the main hangars with bombs and rockets.

Bomber orders:

 - B26s will hit the factories of Hiroshima, your primary target is the main building, but are targets also the other facilities around it .

   Arena settings:

 PlaneGunAmmoMult=0 normal
 DowntimeMult=10 (x10 more than MA damage rebuild time)
 FuelBurnRate=0  normal
 Killshooter=0 (kill friendly with friendly fire)
 ExitInFlight=0
 EnemyMidairsOn=1 collide with enemies )
 FriendlyMidairsOn=1 (collide with friendlies, will be turned on only after takeoff, no rollin crashes)
