Sorry if this info is somewhere else.

As far as designing events, can someone post a list of the available controls that the CMs have over the SEA? In other words, is it possible to limit fields to certain aircraft types? Can aircraft become available at a field only after a particular time has elapsed during the event? Do you have control over the ack? Individually? Can ya put flack at fields that currently don't have that? That kinda thing.

It sounds like the whole CM/events/scenarios  thing is kicking into gear, and it'd be interesting to know just how far we're able to go with it.

Again, sorry if this info is somewhere else... If so, can ya point me to it?

You can enable/disable whatever vehicle you like at a field that supports said vehicle. There is no time elapse command that you allude to (at least, as far as I know).

Ack strength is a listed command, but as yet I haven't seen any effect after using it.

Ack is located where it is located. CM's don't change that, though I suspect the terrain editor will.

Time of day is toggleable.

Radar range can be limited.

Fuel and damage multipliers are adjustable.

Friendly fire/collisions can be on or off.

Does this help?

Yah that helps tons Kieren. Erhm, not that I'm planning anything in even the short term... but it will come in handy for sure.

Another question popped into my head though... regarding BDA etc. Do damaged fields and killed planes have to be accounted for manually? That is - do they have to be witnessed and taken note of? Or, is it that this info is tabulated by the server and accessible somehow?

Thanks for taking the time to answer this stuff.

That is a sticky point. I think the only way we have now is to film and view the whole event. Sorry, but we don't have access to any log files for an event, so....

I should add that rebuild times and fuel multipliers are adjustable...
