I wasnt quite sure where to put this but i figured it is a gameplay issues as much as it is anything else.

Why is the panzer and ostwind dressed in desert camo?  Is this a historic thing or what?  Last time i checked those tanks stick out something fierce on the green terrain.  At least the m3 and m16 are a sane colour.

Why not change the model of these tanks so that they sport a green camo scheme? This way they wont be spotted so easily.  Now it is like we are flying a white chog over lake uterus

Agree, even the grey scheme would be better than the desert camo.  Pnzrs/Osties stick out like a sore thumb.

They were probably prepped they way in anticipation of our first large scenario "Afrika"...it makes no diff anyways since you can easily spot any vehicle from the air or ground by the dot.

I agree that another camouflage would be very welcome.
Think about the time when we get other tanks, like shermans.. those could be all the way from grey to green and with current 75mm cannon model, it seems that it wouldn't make much difference with lower velocity cannon. (expecting they dont do sherman with higher velocity cannon)

If 75L48 cannon already knocks out a tank from beyond 3.5k, well... go figure.

Actually that isn't desert camo, it is awful bright though.

The Ostwind is alot closer to the usual summer camo of the Panzers...although they generally had alot more green and brown spots to help break up the yellow scheme, but regarless, after '43 they gray and gray/ white scheme was for fall/winter/spring. During the summer they kept the yellowish looking camo, mainly on the Eastern front. Keep in mind our scheme is from the 2nd Panzer Division, that fought mainly on the Eastern front, and the scheme blends mostly with the terrain found in places with large fields and dead grasslands, like what would be found around places like Kursk.

While it is a 2nd P.D. scheme, the yellow appears too light, maybe 'cuz there's no shade in AH, That said, while any GV can be seen from the air,it's a lot harder to spot the M3/M16 below the "shadowdot" range,in fact if they're not moving, it's damned hard to spot them. Perhaps HTC will consider giving the panzers a 3 color "ambush" scheme in which there was a lot more green and brown,on this map, it would help a lot

ostwinds have their panzer air top. Good thing they're easy to spot, it sort of compensates for it.
