The real number to use is
Estimate w/IA, NV, ME, WA*
Obama: 17,869,542 48.2%
Clinton: 17,717,698 47.8%
Spread: Obama +151,844 +0.4%
It's only fair to completely remove Michigan from the picture and use the numbers with the yellow highlight. That site includes the votes for Clinton, but zero for Obama because his name was not on the ballot. I'm not saying he would have won, but "Uncommited" did get 238,168 versus 328,309 for Clinton, and that site does not put any of those 200 thousand into the Obama camp.
It's a fairly good assumption that if his name were actually on the ballot and that site counted the names, she would not be able to claim popular vote victory.
