I'd use auto takeoff if you have a mouse. You need rudder to help on takeoff and that's not really an option without at least a cheap twisty stick.

Open the clipboard, select preferences, flight, then click the auto take-off box.  When you hit the runway max the throttle but don't touch anything else and you'll get off the ground.
