X-45 drivers ok?

Greetings Earthlings...
I've had this x-45 for a bit now and am fairly satisfied with it.. However, I'm not able to figure out how to use the 2 aux switches on the throttle.. When I try to set it up in AH's control settings, it just switches the switch itself to another button, but not another button on the stick/throttle.. I'm figuring the aux switches are "shift" keys, right? So, do I need to install the Saitek drivers to make this work? Forgive my ignorance since I've never used this kind of set up until just a few months ago.. Many thanks..

Since they are "shift" or "mode" keys, try setting them to change modes. I think you'll find if assigned to that they should work.
BTW you can do all kinds of neat things once you start switching modes.
