I guess I'm supposed to feel blessed by his immature blabbering on 200 today???

He couldnt even explain was a "castrati" was.  Is he 12 or 15yo?

I'll put $100 on it that he sticks to the "big 4" or maybe the K4 to keep whatever e-noodle he has from going limp.  Like most of the supposed "l337", you wont see him tango in a 25+ ENY plane.

Oh well...

Well I certainly recall him smacking the heck out of me a "few" times back in the day.  Sure, sometimes he was in that blasted La-7 (*and flying it in a way that deserves no belittling), but others you'd find him in early model P-47's and F4U-1's.  Gotta remember the -1's ENY was rediculous back when he was flying.  Much higher than 25+.

I will never forget the time I was cruising along at maybe 12-15k on Trinity, just south of A1 one evening.

Five dots to the north of me...  Head that way...

*BOOM!* one dot gone...

Four dots to the north of me, keep going...  Visual...  3 friendlies, 1 enemy.

Like a castrati, as he would say, keep on going "oh boy, easy pick!"

*BOOM!* one friendly gone...

Keep heading that way...

*BOOM!* another friendly gone...

Dumbfounded and with head cocked to side like a confused dog, I keep heading that way...

*BOOM!*

Last friendly gone

Arrive on the scene, put up best fight I can.  About 5-10 seconds later...

*BOOM!*

System: Shane shot you down

This game just got an awful lot more interesting.  Welcome back, Shane :)

oh lordy.. why should i need to explain what castrati are?  i was pretty sure i directed him to www.dictionary.com - maybe this intardnetz thing is a little too complicated?  or more like a typical representative of Gen ADHD who has to have things given to him?

dunno why people confuse calling it like it is with "whining."  i know i'm gonna get horded by a buncha milquetoasts simply because there are so few who can take me 1 on 1, and only with difficulty in a 2 or 3 on 1.  there's a progression...  ankle humper  --> castrati ---> slobberdonkey --->somewhat tolerable pixilated pie-let... and then there's.... "mommy! mommy! make the bad mans stop!"

i had to chase a pony up to 24k, from a start of about 12k this afternoon.. in my la7!!!  and he still couldn't get it done... and he's <snicker> ranked top 100 in fighters.  i was also showing wizer and mulligan in their spixteens just how an la7 can hold it's own.

and BGB, i think we resolved that issue with your exceptional "lag"  - :aok and i booted you back off #1 before i left. so there!

the rest of you can just wait til my horrid gunnery gets back to it ususal semi-pathetic state.

hmm steve, but i used classic lag pursuit and was able to stay within 400-800 for the most part, albeit under him...  i missed a few opportunities when he reversed under me several times... ah well...

gonna have to be bothered to find a film hosting site... already have a few interesting films that show great use of angles.  the flying is like i never left almost... just a matter of time for gunnery to fall back into place.

For those too new to remember the greatness that was NathBDP, below is the infamous WOO WOO film via YouTube.

It goes without saying that this is not work safe or kid safe in any way, shape, or form.

Welcome Back Shane :aok

Heed your own words prior to barking up the redwood, laddy.

FWIW, I dont care if 'lil Shane is #1 in stats or how good of a pilot he is in this *game*, he can spew is immaturity all about remind us all that his "skillz" mean jack squat in the real world.  Anyone who carries themselves in that manner must not have gotten RL shoved in their face just yet.  Also... he is first person I've ever squelched.  No more will I have to listen/read that jibber-jabber.  Thank God.

Proud grandson of the late Lt. Col. Darrell M. "Bud" Gray, USAF (ret.), B24D pilot, 5th BG/72nd BS. 28 combat missions within the "slot", PTO.
