Her tan probably has alot to do with the filter that was used in the shot.
Look at the rest of the pic.
It has that same orange hue throughout

Doesnt meet the standards.   Pic is waaaaay too small (must be big enough to be used as a desktop background on a huuuuuge VDU).  Pic quality is grainy and generally naff and the model......yeah she just about meets the required standard.  Just.
