Boy, I stocked with the Giants players for most of the season.  Jacobs and Ward did a great job of carrying my team to victory.  So going in #3 into the playoffs and the Giants laying turds left and right, I locked up the lowest points all season in 2 weeks.

From the Super Bowl to the Toilet Bowl, that was the story of the Knee Exploders from last year to this year.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

I'm just glad that I was able to put some decent quality players on other teams after the injury bug hit my team for the second straight year.

Will, are you sure they aren't those "soccer" style injuries?

I have to admit, I did just about everything I could to lose this thing. Last week I start Jeff Garcia and he comes up lame and scores me 0 points at the QB position. But I have 4 guys with career days and pull out a win. The week before my opponent benches Westbrook who scores a gazillion. This week I bench Garcia cause he's hurt and he has a freakin huge day.

All in all it IS better to be lucky than good.

Well lets see my best QB draft ever and I have Peyton Manning, Vince Young and Drew Brees. I end up starting Vince Young the first week and he does ok but goes off the deep end of the mental defect pool. Peyton Manning was still playing catch up with his receivers 5-6 weeks into the season and I just gave up on him. Drew Brees was up and down more than a hooker on fleet week this year but had some great games.

Now on to my solid receivers this year. For once I had receivers that could catch they just didn't have stellar QB's to help them. I had the star of my corps was Roddy White who got lucky with a rookie QB. But don't get me started on my craptastic running back options. They were almost as bad as my QB's.

I dumped Peyton Manning and Drew Brees when I was 7 games out of playoff contention in my division after the first 8 weeks. I actually gave up trying to make it look decent. I haven't logged into that fantasy account since I traded everyone away.

On the crazy side in my two college FB fantasy leagues I made the playoffs in both and won the championship in one and came in 3rd in the second one.

Yes, please.

I was in another league on Yahoo. I used a league ESPN last year. Out of the 3 Yahoo was the best.

Agreed. NFL.com was great the year before.

I didn't know you guys had one this year.  I played on one on NFL.com and it was great, we did an automated draft this year and I have mixed emotions about that, I think next year we're going to a live draft with a $20 buy in and $1 per transaction.

Started Week 1 off losing my QB and had Rivers as backup, made a bunch of moves and started winning after a 0 - 3 start between injuries and the stupid automated draft, but finished 9 - 5 with 3rd in my division and would have won another division so I missed the playoffs but oh well.  Also I found out that when you set your lineup on NFL.com and you have 2 TE's starting, it will cause it to be illegal and give you no points.  I wasn't paying attention when changing them out on Sunday morning and lost that week.  I sent them an e-mail asking why it would even let you do that because it's not really cheating if they don't give you any points.  I told them that my suggestion would be to pop up a warning about having 2 TE's starting and just reverting back to the previously saved lineup.  They said they would take it under advisement for next year, we'll see how well that works out.

I played two leagues one with you guys, and  one on CBS. CBS was a joy to use, they have great research materials. Owe my success in this league to the research i was able to do on CBS. The other cool feature is the ability to play defensive players if you choose. I didn't in my league but I know a guy that did and I think I going to try it next year, he says it makes for a better challenge and way more exciting.  :rock
